IOS 10
I have just downloaded ios10.2 for my 6S plus, but the bubble effects in messages doesn't seem to work. My 3D touch is working, but when holding down the send arrow, the effects bubble doesn't appear?????

Instructions for sending message effects are available here:

Note that you cannot send or receive message effects if Reduce Motion is turned on.
To check this setting, go to: Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion - turn off.
